Our 10 Step Stone Cleaning and Polishing Process
1. Pre-Inspection
Technicians will make note of all challenging areas and set your expectations as well as come up with a solution for each area.
2. Area Preparation
We will prepare the areas surrounding the work area protecting any carpeted or hardwood floors. Appliances and cabinets will be protected as well. .At this point, all movable furniture will be moved prior to cleaning.
3. Dry soil removal
Our technicians thoroughly vacuum the entire area, maximizing the results we obtain. As in any cleaning process, dry soil removal is the most important.
4. Soil Suspension
We use the highest quality products. A stone cleaner and conditioner is applied to the entire surface. This product is the most scientifically advanced stone cleaner on the market and it loosens the soil and dissolves stubborn stains.
5. Cleaning
Complex and difficult areas are agitated manually with a brush and for really challenging heavy use areas, a mechanical rotating brush is employed.
6. Scratch Removal
We then use state of the art diamond pads to hone any scratches on the surface leaving it smooth.
7. Polish
Our technicians then use a PH correct polish to restore the luster to your surface.
8. Sealing/Finishing
The type of sealer and application varies on what surface it is being applied to.
9. Buffing
Your floor is then buffed dried which also makes it shiny and bright.
10. Post-inspection
Technicians will initiate a walk through and go over results before leaving.
